Student Experiences

Voice Seminars

Student Research Projects

Faculty Coordinator

JR FralickJR Fralick, D.M.A., vocologist, received 他的。 academic training in vocal pedagogy at 的 俄亥俄州 State University, where he studied anatomy & physiology, philosophies of teaching voice 和 的 teaching practicum under Dr. K是n Peeler. He returned 为 summer study 与 Kerrie Obert.

During 的 summers of 2000 和 2001 Dr. Fralick attended 的 selective 和 rigorous Summer Vocology Institute at 的 National Center 为 Voice in Denver, Colorado. Under 的 tutelage of Dr. Ingo Titze, he studied 的 principles of voice production; voice rehabilitation 和 habilitation 与 凯特 Emmerich, voice science 与 Drs. 布莱德 Story 和 1月 Sveç, 和 vocal pedagogy 与 奥伦 Brown. He earned graduate credit 为 这 program through 的 University of 爱荷华州.

JR Fralick benefitted greatly 从 spending time in Dr. Barbara Doscher's voice studio as a guest observer 和 voice student in Boulder, Colorado 和 从 continued voice studies 与 Inci Bashar. He participated in 的 National Association of Teachers of 唱ing (NATS) Intern Teaching Program, where he 工作ed 与 master teachers 杰克 Coldiron, Leslie Guinn, Barbara Honn 和 Lindsey Christiansen 和 observed Dr. 汤姆 Clevel和 at 的 National Center 为 Voice in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Fralick 有 领导 instructive 工作shops 和 given presentations on vocal health, vocal pedagogy, 和 voice disorders.
